Returns and Cancellations

■ Exceptional cases where we accept returns or exchanges

■Return shipping fees
- Returns and exchanges due to initial defects or incorrect delivery: We will cover the shipping costs.
- Returns due to customer convenience (including cases where the store has given individual permission): Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
■ Products that cannot be returned
The following items cannot be returned or cancelled under any circumstances:
- Made-to-order products and specially made products (e.g. wheels, mufflers, suspension dampers, engine parts, etc.)
- Opened, used, or processed products
- Imported products (excluding defective products)
