※受注生産品、特注商品、取り寄せ商品など再販が困難な商品の特性によるものです。
■例外的に返品・交換をお受けする場合
商品に初期不良がある場合、またはご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合に限り、返品・交換を承ります。
この場合は、商品到着後【8日以内】にご連絡をお願いいたします。
■返品送料について
- 初期不良や誤配送による返品・交換：当店にて送料を負担いたします。
- お客様都合による返品（当店が個別に許可した場合を含む）：お客様にて送料をご負担ください。
■返品不可の対象商品
以下の商品は、いかなる場合も返品・キャンセルをお受けできません：
- 受注生産品・特注製作物（例：ホイール、マフラー、足回りダンパー、エンジンパーツ等）
- 開封済み・使用済み・加工済みの商品
- 海外輸入製品（不良品を除く）
