■Characteristics of the Carbon Single Clutch This single clutch is ideal for normal to fine-tuned vehicles, and the latest technology has been applied to modify the materials and surface treatment of the clutch disc and pressure plate. It has succeeded in increasing the transmission force by nearly twice that of conventional models, and combines a maximum transmission torque of over 100kg-m with reliability. Not only is it easy to handle on the street with its excellent half-clutch characteristics, but the significant weight reduction achieved by the CC composite improves synchro synchronization and provides a comfortable shift feel.

■Specifications of the carbon single clutchThe main components are the flywheel, carbon disc, and clutch cover. The flywheel is not only lightweight, but also has a weight that matches the characteristics of the car, taking into consideration ease of riding. The friction diameter has been appropriately reduced, taking into consideration the effect on transmission force and disc strength, to improve operability and prevent judder. The pressure plate built into the flywheel and cover is surface-treated to match the characteristics of the carbon disc, and the clutch cover has a lever ratio and cover clamping force that match the carbon disc, achieving both a soft feel and high performance.

Uses a special friction material created through collaboration with ATS. The non-mesh random manufacturing method promises overwhelming strength and will not break during driving. The ultra-lightweight carbon disc, weighing only 160g, completely changes the operability and acceleration performance. Because of its excellent friction characteristics when cold, it achieves a strong and stable clutch that does not slip even when fully accelerated. No prior heating is required.
■Cover part specifications The compact and uniquely designed clutch cover is made of forged aluminum and shot blasted to ensure high rigidity.

■ Flywheel Part Specifications To maintain high precision, the flywheel is manufactured using a proprietary large-scale dedicated processing machine that can process everything except the cell gear in one go. It ensures high dynamic balance. In addition, by setting the optimal weight for each vehicle model and purpose and combining it with a highly rigid cover, we have created a flywheel that is less likely to warp.
